i have tried social media marketing for getting our new products to be known on the market. it seems to work well specially if the audience is targeted .

Do they teach these in schools?? Well they should! Especially in the college level. Who better to take advantage of these then those who use them more frequently. If I could clap my hands while typing I would be clapping right now! Bravo!

Another great post, Paul.

Always good to be reminded that "no one cares about your product or service". It's so true.

I was struggling with a similar concept last week (in my case, the four Ps of Social Selling) but I couldn't think of enough descriptors that started with P! Guess I shouldn't have limited myself to just one letter :o)

BTW, I have to agree with Brian & Barry that it probably makes sense to call these the 4 S's of Social Media Marketing, as you mentioned in your 4C's of B2B Marketing post. My 2 cents.

Keep the great content coming, Paul.

@Barry - Its patterned after the old 4 P's so I guess you could consider these the modern day equivalent of the 4 P's!

"no one cares about your product or service but they do care about how buyers have responded to purchasing it"

This may be the best line I've ever read.

Thank you!
